How are payments processed?
Card payments go through Toss Payments. Card data is never stored on SEGI servers.
Are plan changes immediate?
Upgrades apply instantly and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Is there overage billing?
No. When your quota is hit, new events are rejected. You'll be notified at 80% usage.
Where is data stored?
Seoul region by default. Enterprise customers can self-host or arrange a different region.
